A new unique restaurant of Ukrainian cuisine “House of cabbage rolls” was opened in Lviv. The peculiarity of this diner is that it’s the first concept of Ukrainian take-out food.

As we understand from the name the main dishis cabbage rolls - traditional for Lviv and Galiciarolls made of cabbage leaves with various fillings.

Except classic cabbage rolls with vegetables and meat you can taste unusual fillings: liver, coconut and walnut; beetroot, parsnip and prune; trout, ginger and wasabi; Hutsul banosh and apple sweet rolls.

Cabbage rolls are served with vegetable and berry sauces, cracklings, house drinks and Turkish coffee.

“Cabbage rolls are a favourite dish of many Galicia npeople. But people want new recipes, new ingredients, for example, liver and coconut, - says Roman Misko, the chef at“House of cabbage rolls”.
