Constant striving to be the first requires daily “training”. What’s your approach? 

I do agree with you. Business for me is like “Formula-1” – a permanent drive to win with pit stops 

for refuelling!

You must concentrate every day, have a goal and know exactly where and why you are moving to. 

However, the idea about being the first mustn’t be stressful. 

You should find inspiration every day. I am inspired by travelling. I can go to another country for a 

month to get to know its culture, business and people. 

And, of course, Lviv morning coffee with interesting people! So called morning coffee stimulant 

from 100% Arabic coffee. 

What price are you ready to pay for leadership in business? And is there a price limit? 

Price depends on your wish and your goal in life. Price mustn’t take away your internal drive and 

energy and this is important. Never-ending creative energy must always be present. When the 

energy expires, you go over the limit.

Everything what you are doing should not differ from your personal and team values and it’s very 

important too. Then everything is in harmony. When you manage to balance between “drive” and 

pit stops, the price will be reasonable!

How to carry one’s business? What are you changing in your business approaches? 

It’s simple. You must move on and do not stand still because the faster you move, the stronger you 

stand! If you think too much about crisis and dollar rate, you won’t have enough time and there 

won’t be new opportunities. So today and tomorrow you must look for innovation breakthrough 

ideas, generate creative energy and just work persistently because no one can stop the idea for 

which the time has come. 

And I would like to add one more thing that only true devoted people can implement genius 

projects!
